Sometimes we are judged by others
Always we are judged by ourselves
The soul (which I see as the dynamic and living aspect of communication between the physical and the spirit realms)
Lots of memories from this and past lives stored there, mostly as emotion-crystals
Guilt and shame have a way to pile up within the soul, judging into the current life-experience
We are able to let go of all thet self-judgement
Important is the true intention
We can put words on it like:
It is safe for me to open up for the true flow of life from within my essence
I let go of judgement of myself and others
I forgive myself and others and let go of guilt and shame
I open up for joy truth and love
I open up for rememberence
