Having never seen you before that I can recall I find your reply interesting. I seem to attract the same penmanship or type of writing style by members I have never seen before quite often. Are you all the same member?

Anyway, the comments were made because my take on the post was different than what you read. However I agree it is an exciting time to remain alert to what will be revealed in a very very short time.

instead of the good ol' days when ATS would debate intelligently and respectfully.

Anyone who supports Barack Obama can have neither characteristic...

Really it looks like both or all sides are against him and if you have a few minutes to read an article that will shed the truth on why they are all fighting so hard to keep him down, ignored and out, then I commend you for taking the time to learn something significant. Note the political names included in this informative piece of evidence.

You are just tired from trying to sway people away from Dr. Paul. I have commented on some post but have sat idle on most. From my time spent watching these posts and contributing to some I would feel safe in saying that if you are not a paid shill then you are missing out on your life calling.......

I really wish that SO and the rest of the staff would extend the rule about calling people "paid shills" to the other forums instead of just the 911 forum. Why is it so difficult for you people to debate without resorting to name calling? If you are unable to intelligently debate without the name calling it really takes away from your argument. Now I am not taking one side or the other here, I just wish we could get to the point where we could debate each other with intelligence. Just because someone disagrees with your opinion does not make them a "paid shill".

And just because you cry foul doesn't mean he is not a paid shill. Myself, I would be STUNNED if outkast is not a paid shill. if you look at his posting history and come away without doubts i would be surprised.
just ask yourself why the guy says the same things in EVERY RP thread. It's not like he has to do it. It's not like this is a threat to him in his own opinion. But it's every RP thread. not some of them, all of them.

To all you trolls this is a little quote or bar from lyrics of a band called Disturbed the song is Ten Thousand Fists:

People can no longer cover their eyes, If this disturbs you then walk away! You will remember the night You were struck by the sight of, Ten thousand fists in the air!

When i was reading the thread this came to mind lol

As much as I love RP and all his ideas, the notion, no matter how slim, that he may overcome is sheer fallacy. He may or may not have this going for him or that in his favor, but the MSM has made it abundantly clear that the PTB do not want him anywhere near the office. The PTB gets what the PTB wants, and no silly voter is going to stand in the way... ever.

Regardless of what side of the argument I agree with ... sitting there and claiming someone is a "paid shill" just makes you look bad. It's a sign that you really have no gripe except for wanting to shoot the messenger, and that does you absolutely no good. Dont attack him, attack his message.

I dont think Paul is a bad guy or the antichrist or any BS like that. I just think that some of his ideas are a bit too radical to be practical.

I'm a rp supporter and would have loved for him to get the nomination, but he isn't.

Unfortunately it was always going to be Romney. I think the GOP blew it, rp could have torn Obama apart in debates, he actually could have represented a fundamental shift in the goal of the party. It would have attracted a more moderate , 21st century savy, youthful base that could have grown the GOP for the future.

Romney is going to lose big come November... I think it may actually be a landslide victory for the president.

Explanation: S&F! cheers

From my online bunker at ATS ... here is what OL see's ...

I see Obama running from the Fast and Furious scandal as fast as he can distract us all with 'other' business!

Criminal? He may well be!

I see Romney and sure he may appear all squeaky clean [its that weird underwear I bet
] ... but in his rush to become the GOP nominee he has lacked credibility when it comes to ...

Report: Romney Will Be Disqualified From Race Due To Fraud (by kingllama posted on 11-5-2012 @ 12:13) [ATS]

Attorney Richard Gilbert goes after Romney, upcoming Tampa Convention, & more. (by fourthmeal posted on 8-8-2012 @ 05:28 PM) [ATS]

Criminal? He may well be!

Now since I am an Australian .. I will also take the opportunity to state the following ...

Ron Paul is no saint and if he wins the GOP nomination and goes on to win the race to become the POTUS then anybody who is a sniviling welfare parasite ...

[NOTE: This comment above is NOT directed at genuine welfare recipients who have no choice ... unless of course one thinks all those homeless veterans & the kids and the elderly + all those people in the military on government paypackets are useless bums deliberately scamming the broke ass system.]

... is going to have a very bad 4yrs if RP wins both races.

If Romney wins ... nothing changes ... If Obama wins ...nothing changes ... and If Ron Paul wins then only those that are also winning will thrive ... the rest will have to suffice with the charity that is available ... IF it is available?

Personal Disclosure: BTW is it wise to change leaders when all these wars are happening ... about to happen .. are going to happen?

If one doesn't want these wars ... may I suggest that one vote Ron Paul!

P.S. ok OKS ... OL will make sure he has his "Do you remember Ron Paul?" thread ready to go in about 6months time.

BTW ... The GOP weas ORIGINALLY ... Socialists!

Absolutely shocking facts about the GOP (by Misoir posted on 15-1-2012 @ 12:55 AM) [ATS]

How is that for a twisted turn out?

Ron Paul may still win the election if the GOP is actually dumb enough, and they appear to be, to support a candidate, Romney, who supposedly made $50M from disposing of aborted fetuses.

Romney may not want people to know that Bain owned a company called Stericycle that disposed of aborted fetuses. Although some say that Romney severed ties with Bain in 2002, Bain went on to haul in huge profits from Stericycle's disposal of aborted babies from 2002-2004 while Romney was governor. I speculate that at least some of the paperwork that Romney destroyed while he was governor may have documented Romney's involvement in coordinating state funded abortions in Romneycare. Did Bain-owned Stericycle profit in any way from any legislation that Romney may have enacted or coordinated between 2002-2004?

"Another SEC document filed November 30, 1999, by Stericycle also names Romney as an individual who holds "voting and dispositive power" with respect to the stock owned by Bain. If Romney had fully retired from the private equity firm he founded, why would he be the only Bain executive named as the person in control of this large amount of Stericycle stock?...

In 2001, the Bain-Madison Dearborn partnership that had invested in the company sold 40 percent of its holdings in Stericycle for about $88 million—marking a hefty profit on its original investment of $75 million. The Bain-related group sold the rest of its holdings by 2004. By that point it had earned $49.5 million. link"

Also, rumor has it that the GOP is going to propose a one world government platform that includes a Palestinian state at the RNC. Since both Obama and Romney's biggest donor is Goldman Sachs then I believe that it's safe to assume that Obama and Romney both work for the same global bankers who are paying politicians to cede U.S. sovereignty to the U.N. As some of you may know, the U.N. and Vatican want to use Palestinians to confiscate parts of Jerusalem from which they can play out their one world religion charade. Just like the communists in the White House, the GOP is also now apparently supporting that global agenda and likely getting paid a lot to do so. The GOP is no longer even pretending to support conservative or even American values.

WASHINGTON (JTA) – The Republican Party’s platform is expected to include support for a two-state solution in the Middle East.

The platform committee, meeting in Tampa, Fla., on Tuesday, rejected three amendments that would have removed language supportive of a two-state solution, according to a delegate who put forward two of the amendments.

A vote before the full Republican Convention in Tampa is expected next week.

The proposed language as it now stands, written by the Romney campaign and committee aides, states, “We envision two democratic states,” according to BuzzFeed, the political news site that first reported on the amendments...

As a member of the miilitary who is about to leave family and friends again there is no one more ready for the wars to end...remember that Mr. Obama set out to end the wars and we are still there....just because someone says they want to do something does not mean they will....its called attempting to get elected or reelected.

As for the audit of the Fed....again its been on the books to happen forever and Dr. Paul has more opportunity as a Senator to make it happen then he does as President and since he has been in office for 20 years he must not be to serious about it since not one bill put forward to accomplish that little campaign slogan he has developed.

As for smaller government...thats funny....not going to happen...the Department of Education is the best run department we have as in under or on budget every year....much better places to cut...the last thing we need to cut out of our budget is education. They may not do everything right every time but that deoartment has helped our children and I would not mess with that one other than to limit their focus to improving education standards which are needed since the local school boards have agenda driven and power driven nutjobs that can not agree to even the simpilest issues....instead pay themselves salries they should not recieve at all and all this while schools are falling apart....textbooks outdated...and sports rule....instead of the basics like the three R's.

I actually like Dr. Paul and would vote for him but this thread is about how he might get the nomination and that is not going to happen so its all moot to argue this stuff...if Dr. Paul would like to make the changes he so often railes against during his election stumping why has he not accomplished these things in the last twenty years as a Senator...the only time you hear from this guy is when he is attempting to get elected and do not say its because the media ignores him....there are too many avenues for him to get his message out but he has failed and he will not recieve the nomination period.

I'll be watching the GOP convention carefully just in case history is made and Ron Paul pulls off a miracle. I hope he wins but consider this.

He may have known all along that he wouldn't be allowed to get the nomination of the Republican party. In addition to his own campaign, he has encouraged like-minded grassroots people to run for Congress. If enough of these candidates can get elected, then Congress can repeal the Patriot Act, NDAA, etc. that are so much of a threat to civil liberties. That would be a victory for his ideas and something that he couldn't do even as President.

Ron Paul is also planning a massive rally in a stadium in Tampa. If he's not allowed to even be nominated at the convention and therefore all his delegates won't be able to vote for him, the rally would be the perfect place to announce an independent run for President. Ron Paul has said that he would not run for President on any other party but he didn't eliminate the possibility of an independent campaign. With all of the grassroots support that he has and his control of much of the GOP party at the local level, he might be able to seriously challenge Obama. Romney would be toast because Ron Paul would siphon off too many republican votes for Romney to win. The big question is how many Dem. voters would switch over to Paul too?

Either way....either he gets it or he doesn't...I'm just tired of all the threads of desperation...and I am looking forward to the end.

Then stop clicking on them IMMEDIATELY to be the first poster!!

A lot of us know we NEED Ron Paul, and this is huge news for us!!

Go read about something else if you aren't interested in hearing about Ron Paul, and STOP clicking on them immediately and posting something stupid, like you have here!!

There's not really any huge news to be had here. It's nothing but a pipe dream. Paul may or may not be able to speak at the convention, but there is *ZERO* chance that he receives the party nomination.

I dont want Paul OR Romney as President, so this isnt me just being a Romney homer or anything of that sort. I support Ron Paul's right to run for office and to express his opinion, but he's done.

Not sure who you think I would back as no where in my post did I mention my support of anyone other than Dr. Paul.....Let me reiterate I would vote for Dr. Paul but since he will not get the nomination it is a moot point.

As a member of the militay who must vote by absentee ballot it is really moot to me as those ballots if even recieved on time are not counted unless the count is close...in other words the military vote really does not count....at least those overseas and for many back home that must vote in thier home of record by absentee...heck of a system we have isn't it ?

Agaim I like Dr. paul and some of his ideas but he forgets that the real important issues that the voters who could elect him care about...instead he continues to pound on fringe issues that a majority of voters know nothing about instead of the basics...in other words he shoots himself in the foot.

As for having his voice heard...thats a lame excuse when there are more ways to reach billions today than when he first took office...its just that he does not seem to understand the public much instead attempts to appeal to a small fragment that makes up a small block of voters and therefore misses the boat and in this case the nomination.

Well its a nice sentiment but there is no way he will get the nomination and he will not even get a speaking slot. These people do not play by the rules. in 2008 they threatened the Ron Paul delegates that if they did not cede their votes to McCain they would be physically ejected from the convention floor by security.

I think it would be great if he somehow got the nomination it would be worth it just to see the looks on all the smug haters faces who said it was impossible however its just not going to happen in this climate.

Also he will not run as an independent its too late for him to get on all the state ballots and I do believe there is some rule about if you run as a republican in the primaries you cannot run as an independent. Ron has talked about this before. Also even as a write in most states do not even count the write in votes these days.

That's what happens when you have blind trust in an election process that is not verifiable... It's all nothing more then a distraction while they continue to rape plunder and pillage us under color of law.

How is he supposed to get the nomination when people who "like him more than the others" keep saying he wont get it?

You are not helping his cause at all, just hurting it.

You are either behind him, or you are not.

Dont be fake. Stand for what you believe in, dont take what they give you.

If he loses, then he loses. But at least I will be able to say I supported him one hundred percent while others ridiculed him for no reason whatsoever other than "he wont make it, the GOP does the hiring and firing, they make the rules, he has no chance".

Its chicken S@!$.

Ron Paul cut a deal and will keep his people in line at the convention and will avoid Ron Paul events run by his supporters. In return Rand Paul will get to speak. Furthering the Paul brand is all this election has been about for them.
