Um, if he's in a coma...he wont feel a thing....nor will he starve in the sense of him knowing he's starving.

That is if he's in a coma....especially after 6 years. Unless this wakes him up out of it.

Not to be blunt, but I feel its a waste of resources keeping him alive, there are people elsewhere in the world starving....the chances of this guy ever waking up again are very slim. He probably won't feel a thing on his way out, since hes a bit deeper than the average coma patient, it is a shame that his mother will have to watch him deteriorate before he goes though. Assisted suicide should definitely be an option.
