Mother obsessed with 3 fallen angel statues but dont want any Bible or Jesus Cross .. WTH

Ok this is very personal about my mother .. but now i think i need help .. i mean my mother
she has been very different from me since a long time has long has i can remember
i will always love my mother whatever she do of course ..
but now i feel that i need to save her and its urgent
her way of thinking doesnt make sense .. she can also be wicked and racist
the way she treat people sometime is insane and so immature ..
she always have full of negative energy

we went to a chinese restaurant in the USA after coming back from a trip not to long ago
and the soup wasnt the way she wanted .. she summoned the chief and insulted him in front of everyone
the soup is awfull it taste like sh** i want it replaced now .. i couldnt believe what i was seeing
then we were back in the van and i told her a manner lesson .. not to treat people like that
she knew i was right because she started smiling and laughing realising how negative she was for nothing
she even say that one time she spit in the milk of a coworker in the fridge because she didnt like him
she have trouble with the 3 famillies .. always making big fight with everyone
even with the neighbors .. they all move away from the street after a few yrs
one that didnt move it yet (in front of the house)
she saw their dog doing poop on the front grass of my parent house
so what she then did .. doing meat ball with a very laxatif product
she was laughing that the dog would then crap all over their house carpet
was always looking through the window to see if the dog was eating her balls

she seems always angry and stressed also very negative and obsessed
i though when i was younger .. its her caractere maybe
but i feel she have deep secrets now ..
only care about doing her vacation trip in NC and drinking a lot of red wine
my mother is a ex nurse(french canadian) and my half father is a italian doctor
she met at a hospital when i was 4 yrs old
so they are rich with a big house
my half father sliped one night after i spoke him about the mason
he then was all surprise that i knew about them
and he sliped that in italia he was offered to be part of the masson by someone
when he was studying to be a doc

just discovered recently that her 2 expensive angel statue lamp near the bed
and 1 big(4 ft) statue near her bath are fallen angels
making the devil sign subliminaly with the 2 middle finger joined together
they have been there for 15 yrs ..since they moved in that new house
she even made renovation recently and they are still there and shiny
tried to buy her new lamp .. didnt work
tried to tell her those angel are not really angel but fallen angels .. and she say im crazy
tried to tell her that i will bring a cross or put a bible in her cabinet
and she went nuts more angrier then ever .. saying im a religious freak now with mental illness
then why she is so obsessed with those angels to keep them but any cross is not okay
i was testing her just to see her reactions ,, and my doubts where confirmed that she is scared
but who would be scare of a Jesus cross .. i have one in my own room
and im not obsessed with it .. it is there like a decoration and protection of evil symbol

one other thing .. many many yrs ago she went to see a medium
and she slipped that me and my mother were conected in past lifes
and that i had a more older soul then my own mom
she talked to me about this many yrs ago .. still remember it
when i tried to talk to her about this .. it look like she is annoyed
i never went to see any medium in my life .. and will not go see one to have answers

do any of you recognise such behavior ?
i feel she think she is above many people exactly like the elite
they do control many hospital .. maybe she is not even my mother
that would explain her many obsessions lol .. but im open to the possibility
and why i dont see anywhere in the house a Jesus cross
if she wasnt religious .. she wouldnt have put me 3 yrs in the forest with the nuns
where i saw my first UFO .. another subject they dont like to discuss
since this UFO i have been seeking many answer in my life and what it was

i did receive the baby ceremony and the communion ceremony when i was young ..
dont go to church anymore but always been spiritual and try to be a good soul
contrary to my mothers .. asked her if she still had Faith in God recently
she told me a strange "yes" but i could tell she was lying the way she say it
my mother have always been a good liar and hypocrite sometimes
will always love her but damn she is hard to save

any advice ?
when i speak to her.. i always remain very calm and carefully choose my words
same thing when i try to reason in the best positive manner .. she always escape the same ways

im living on my own now and dont like to receive any money from them
but i do always accept an invitation to have diner with them at their house
1 week end on 2 .. next time i will try to picture the fallen angel with my iphone
so i can post them here so you can see for yourself

That hand signal doesn't necessarily mean what we take it to mean in modern times, mainly in the US. In other countries, such as Italy, especially in the past, it was actually considered a ward against evil.

i know this is hard to believe .. but everything i just said is true
could my parent be part of a secret society group ?
if they are .. they really try to hide it
even the italian doctor .. always tell me that he have 25 yrs of experience
and that he saw many mentaly ill individuals
when i told him about putting a small Jesus cross in the master room
he then told me the F U word lol (that conversation happened today on the phone)
and that his goal was making money and thats all what is mather
i say yes .. but you need a certain balance in life
he didnt like when i told him that line lol

I would say it sounds like mom has some personal issues that need resolving... negativity usually is the result of something thats happened in a persons past, or even during childhood.

And perhaps she just loves her lamps?

yup i know that sign its usualy Gene Simmon in his rock and roll fan that love the music

I think what defcon5 was trying to explain to you, Ben, is that back in the day in Italy that 'hand sign' was intended or meant as a means to ward off evil and the like. That your mother likely sees those figurines/statues as 'keeping the home safe from evil', so to speak. Certainly not Gene Simmons head bangin rock and roll - like.

Now.. if she starts putting garlic-laced necklaces around you at night when you sleep, and loading 'dad's' pistol with silver bullets... THEN ... you might want to be concerned .... wooden stakes, too.

Frankly there is a number of medical reasons that could cause this ranging from a standard infection to a parasite. You would need to get a full medical checkup, obviously with their concent.

On the other side of the coin it could be pschosis, an event (also known as the stresser) may have occured at work, or on the train virtually anywhere which could have caused a psychotic break.

I know this isnt much help, but bizzare behaviour / out of the ordinary behaviour really is hard to advise on in a third person scenario :/

But its another avenue to investigate.

I agree .. can do much without their consent
will always respect that and not try to impose anything on them
or try to hide a bible in their closet
i can only try to reason sometimes
i always try to be very discret when i test them in a way

when i was young .. i remember finding a good spot for her diamond ring
i found that how the finger were making a sign perfect to hook the ring on it
when i showed that place for her ring .. she was like .. omg what a good idea
and was proud of me being so creative to have found the perfect place for her ring when she sleep

I think that WE make up the meanings of many of these signs, not God. Which is why the same hand gesture can mean a different thing depending on the culture, and the time period. There is nothing in the bible, of which I am aware, stating that any hand sign is considered bad. Its only in modern times that this sign has come to be associated with anything evil.

You mother might also simply own the statues because she likes the art, not because of any religious significance of them. I can pretty much guarantee that they are copies of some older art, and you should search around and try and find what the originals were, and what they meant.

Additionally, Roman Catholicism tends to place religious significance on people other then God, such as angles, saints, Mary, etc... So its not uncommon to see things that Christians of other religions consider to be idols in the homes of members of Catholicism.

Also many folks do not like Crucifixes... Though normally Roman Catholics do, but others see them as re-crucifying Christ. It is a reproduction of a torturous death sentience device after all.
