Thanks for your response, but what about all those cases where a 19 yo and 16yo or 15 yo. They would meet in high school and what not. But there are a lot of cases where the parents call statutory rape. Then these young men and women are sent to jail and have to register for as a sex offender?getting a rape charge and having to register makes you have no future and just perpetuate hates in these examples Why do you think these people get in trouble at all? I remember watching that true life thing about 2 different guys in the exact situation.

That just doesn't make any sense. Why sex? He already dominated them, he already WAS a bigger, superior man. He already dominated grown men in football uniforms and future millionairres. He already dominated the kids in the camp. He could have chosen to make them do pushups, or skip lunch, or push them around and embarrass them in front of their camp mates. He chose sex, because he wanted sex. It was a sexual attraction, not a power attraction, he already had ultimate power in that realm. In all likelihood, men in Sandusky's position usually crave submission, not more power.

There is a big market for powerful executives and decision-makers to hire someone to make them feel powerless, not the other way around. They don't want more of what they already have, they want the opposite. Eddie Murphy got caught with a tranny. He already had his fill of women, he wanted something different. Tiger Woods already had a model for a wife, but he wanted one in every town. It wasn't about power or control, it was about sex.

In such a case i'd say the parents are victimizing both kids. I think most of the time this law is abused by angry parents.
