NEW YORK, N.Y. - Twenty-six big U.S. companies paid their CEOs more last year than they paid the federal government in tax, according to a study released Thursday by a liberal-leaning think-tank .

Would it even matter tho, if they did pay even 50% of what their company profited over to taxes? The more your gov't has, the more they spend; even more so.

Yes it would, Government Fiscal responsibility and a fair tax burden across the board are similar issues but not the same.
