That's ridiculous. There should only be one person to sue: James Holmes. It'd be like the movie theater suing the victims because the shooting
led to a loss of revenue....

If he can get Casey Anthony off the hook for killing her Child, when even Casey herself thought she was going to prison.. Can he get security guards at every entrance and exit in a movie theatre?
