I truly hope you are not referring to everyone in this thread.
I don't believe there is anything in the picture, I am simply here to help the OP out because there was no additional info in the original screen shot. You might want to think about keeping responses such as calling people "idiots" to yourself

So, any random rock formation is now a sign of life? I'm all for looking for the unknown, and exploration of alien planets in search for these signs...seriously though...rocks lying on the ground?

i just get tired of this 'mars' stuff.i really enjoy the heavens,i really do! but i refuse to bang my head against the wall trying to find 'alien' faces in a pile of rocks!

For all we know there may have been life and even a primitive culture on Mars , if that was the case then there is a possibility that an amateur could find something of interest that the scientists have either missed or dismissed .

Scanning these images for anomalies give us a chance to be part of the mission and maybe find something groundbreaking , or at least find something that makes us scratch our heads for a while .

Wrong. Its a stone. And that is one of many stones I found.
Like someone said earlier, its like finding shapes in clouds.
Just ciz you see a cloud that looks like a pig, does not mean pigs can fly.

But I am gettibg tired of the numerous threads about thus.

This is all because nasa'a expensive toy cameras not capable to capture one decent close up image of a damn random rock on Mars, or this is not in someone's interest to do so.
I will repeat, they would not send mission on Mars, that expensive, in the time of recession, if there isn't something they found interesting, it doesn't make sense at all.
I can only hope there will be some whistleblowers who will eventually put this conspiracy to rest.
