How is it possible for an intelligent being to be MORE than an intelligent being, even when vastly more intelligent than Earth humans (for example)?
Using the G word requires believers in such a concept to assume exactly that. The G word - upper and lower cases - implies worship; worship equals
slavery. No exceptions, and (again) please let's not confuse religion with spirituality. In short, the word is only a WORD.
Being asked whether or not one believes in "God" should not be accepted as a yes or no question. It should be considered an IRRELEVANT, meaningless
black hole of a question where one's mere belief has no bearing, at least effectively, on reality, whatever and whomever truly exist in the
intelligently unseen (IU). The existence of an alleged Creator of the universe is something that absolutely NEVER can be proved. Even if a
"magical" being manifested here and performed feats of unknown, undefined SCIENCE far beyond anything any of us have imagined or CAN imagine even
remotely, such displays STILL could never PROVE creation of the universe! Being forced to believe in the unproveable is the epitome, or definitely
close enough, of cruelty, slavery.
Forced? No one is FORCED to believe in "God," right? Religious people always claim, "God doesn't want mindless robots; He gives us free will to
make our own choice to believe or not." Bull#! It's just a question of how much of the utter lack of choice in such belief is hereditary,
genetically engineered - by malevolent ETs or nonhumans untold millennia ago (and perhaps subsequently) - and how much is environmental brainwashing,
peer pressure of the most severe kind. Either way, nature or nurture, or in a combination of the two, the believer-worshipper is captured, enslaved
without choice. Free will my fuzzy hind end, or clearly there is not the substantial level of overall free will as apparently most people believe
there is... There are also those who feel obligated to SAY they believe (in the religious sense) versus what they privately, contradictorally REALLY
think and feel about the notion of a "God." They are sadly owned, enslaved by groupthink, the mob mentality. No free will in that either.
True, there are people who have been raised religiously, or were otherwise religious for a long time, who have been able to deprogram and move
forward, but those are much more the exception than the rule.
This is not even getting into the obvious political problems caused, at least primarily or originally, by religious believers, and particularly
Abrahamics (Jews, Christians and Muslims, the original Unholy Trinity), who are by far the most problematic globally.
Religion, anything organized or merely named, is plainly not required to live a happy, moral-ethical life of good conscience and values AND -
surprise! - connect to the power of the (at least as yet) unrevealed, or again, the IU. Traditional atheism and agnosticism are NOT the ONLY
alternatives to religion! It's all about having a much stronger connection to the IU based on knowledge, or more accurately, the serious DESIRE for
knowledge, not faith, or faith with any significant enough amount of blindness, ignorance, factual deficiency. Faith shmaith, the existing knowledge
base is enough to begin the journey. There is good enough evidence - for those who are familiar enough with and emotionally able to register it - of
(genuine) psychic phenomena, UFOs, close encounters and plenty of other manifestations of the unexplained and "miraculous" to know that SOMETHING of
the unseen is going on; it's entirely real. There's just no reason, no need for the primitive, superstitious assigning of "God" to that which is
actually undefined science.
Of course I don't pretend to KNOW whether or not there really is some kind of Supreme Being, say, for at least THIS planet and (presumably) solar
system; there's just no way I could ever outright believe without proof.
All intelligent beings have equal rights of equal access to all knowledge, provided they can properly comprehend and morally-ethically use it.
