It's too bad everyone did not take a look at the bs luciferian cult just inside the door when it was first opened by rebellion and percesuttion.

All this talk about freedom of speech, and making a statement is totally beside the point.

The cross is someone else’s property. NO IFS ANDS OR BUTS…………………..

It may be someone’s private property, or belong to the city. That again is beside the point.

Property is protected by law. The same laws that protect your freedom of speech. Your freedom of speech ends where someone else’s nose, or property begins.

If you want to take YOUR OWN cross to the center of town, and cut it down in a sign of protest, then go right ahead and have fun. If you want to cut someone else’s cross down, then we have problems.

If you break those laws by destroying other people’s property, you should be thrown in jail with all the other worthless reprobates.

The proper response for the property owner, or guard, is to stand by the object in question and say…
“Stop what you are doing and leave!”
If she continues walking toward you with the chainsaw…
Pull out your weapon and point it at her and yell.
“Set the chainsaw down and get on the ground…. NOW!!!!!”
If she doesn’t comply?
Fill her full of holes.

Many protestors have done these types of things including the band U2 ... This wouldn't be happening if the government wasn't thinking of handing out a 2 year sentence for, what is most, a misdeameanor and as is likely just a protest. I see it as zero to do with religion.

What's worse? Taking two years of your life away or a cross being cut down? I'd say the protestors are still ahead of the government on morals with this one.

Russia has gone from a country where communists ruled and religion was persecuted to a country where there is freedom of religion, in fact, the Eastern Orthodox church is even involved with their government to the point that they are getting their first chapel on a military nuclear submarine.

There is probably some truth to the idea that the rise of the Eastern Orthodox church may have helped ease corruption and atrocity practices in the country.

That being said, the church is now involved in politics and people don't like it much.

The Russian Times has been writing very unbiased articles about the Pussy Riot fiasco if anyone is interested in reading them.

This hate for all things religious is getting out of hand and downright disturbing. What this stood to memorialize was important too and she had absolutely no right to decide it wasn't.

She didn't care though...it was just a shock event to get attention and media. I've seen this group and anyone who follows Cryptome's releases of protest coverage has. They are mildly amusing for the unique nature of their approach, but just getting attention is about the extent of their talent and makes them one trick ponies. Watching the coverage really doesn't do much for them, to be honest...They aren't even all that attractive.....and this was pathetic. Just outright pathetic, in my opinion.

Even memorials to the dead don't mean a thing when a Net video to post might be possible.

I'm not going to post a link to the archives of their protests at cryptome....it's too close to soft porn for my comfort. There is one though and their history in photos speaks volumes for the level of intellect we're seeing here.
