I saw these, it was about 2 - 2.30am, maybe a little earlier and I was standing on the verandah of my house at Red Hill. They were very close, shockingly close actually and looked like big balls of fire, there was no sound at all. The trajectory when I saw them was from south to north and it struck me as strange that both of them were moving in a perfectly straight line across the sky. I watched them for about 30 seconds then the fire fizzled out and whatever it was was gone. Wasn't aware anyone else had seen it until I looked it up on the net. Should have taken footage on my phone but it was too bizarre a thing to stop watching.

Did you see them the same night/morning I did? Sounds very similar to what I saw and filmed.
It sounds like they were travelling the opposite direction to when I saw them. From my point of view they were moving north to south.
I know there are many explanations and thoughts on what they were but I still don't know. It just didn't feel or look right that's why I just had to get it on video.
