Okaaaay? What do we have here? Fact or fiction guys and girls?

I don't know what to make of this you know? I have always wondered since I was kid if there was something down there, and if down there, why has it not been found by all kinds of technology they have tried with. I'm not sure. BUT! there is definitely something there in the water.
