What are "Saudi Arabia,Qatar,Kuwait and Turkey" supposed to represent?

They are on your side and you're criticizing them?

My side?

I could care less my point of contention is these threads is the same old tried and true, and failed west bashing only matters what the west does not what the eastern and middle eastern bloc does.

Which is straight up BS.

Exactly..and that's why other countries need to butt out..let me ask you a question Slayer, when is the last time Syria or Iran for that matter imposed its military against a foreign nation?

Overtly or Covertly?

Many here at ATS know the difference and many more have a few decades worth of watching all sides [ Including Iran and Syria ] play their cards.

Yes, you defend the rebels, all those I selected from your post support them.

Saudi Arabia in its Mecca-hosted meeting of OIC suspended Syria today. They are all acting to topple Syria.

Short answer

For those who'll listen - drop the Hamas ref. as applied to this conflict.

Do I need to post February 2012 news again?

Where Hamas just before internal leadership elections supported rebels?

You can ask repeatedly all night long. They fight their conflicts covertly. If you refuse to acknowledge that aspect then we have nothing further to discuss.

Are we done playing semantics?

You make it abundantly clear what your position is.

Whatever reservations you may hold doesn't seem to tilt the balance of your overall support.

I haven't spotted some vocal posters here wondering what is the justification of this act posting on the recent threads of with videos of rebels beheading, throwing people(postal office workers) off a roof, dismembering the dead, etc

All for 'Shabiha'.

all2human, your insistence while good hearted may end in failure from blinders of some...

Unfortunately even Israel is worried. A divide can be seen from the govt. Important officials rather prefer Assad over the current 'candidates'...

Why should Anyone justify those actions? They are just as pathetic as the Syrian Government shelling and now bombing civilians.

Where is your outrage over both?

And we can provide video of the exact same thing occuring on the other side of the fence.

Also, to answer your question again -
Syria participated in the several wars against Israel.
Iran funds Hamas / Hezzbullah, who are proxies who fight Israel.
Syria funds Hamas / Hezzbullah, who are proxies who fight Israel.
Should we look at the PKK in Syria / Turkey / Iran / Iraq and how that war is going?
Iran has sent military units to Syria...
Syria has occupied Lebanon for a few decades...

How about the Franco-Syrian war?
Gulf war #1 against Iraq.
How bout Black Spetember when Jordan cracked down on Palesitinian militants? Syria intervened on their behalf.

Just to name a few more.....

Analysis: Syria and Hamas: End of a honeymoon
By KHALED ABU TOAMEH

The honeymoon between Hamas and the Syrian regime is now officially over.

Since the eruption of the uprising against Bashar Assad’s regime nearly a year ago, Hamas had refrained from taking sides. Its declared policy was that the movement did not interfere in the internal affairs of Arab countries.

(...)

But now that Hamas has left Syria, its leaders are finally able to voice their true feelings. Last Friday, Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh chose Cairo as the venue for expressing his movement’s support for the Syrian people’s efforts to get rid of the regime.

Haniyeh said that Hamas “lauds the Syrian people who seek freedom, democracy and reform.” This one sentence was enough to signal the end of a long honeymoon between Assad’s regime and Hamas.

People have read it, however the context of the question asked was with regards to Syria / Iran and foreign military involvement. So Syria and Hamas had a falling out over the Syrian civil war. They have had contacts with each other long before then so the inclusion of Hamas in the list is valid.
