In Islam when the woman says divorce, that is the first legal procedure of divorce completed. If she feels that the husband's actions are senseless
and irrational then she can say divorce and the procedure of divorce starts from there. If she says three times, it is automatically divorce.

The contract is between a woman and a man, which gives them the freedom to interact in ways that an unmarried man and woman cannot do. Note - this is

wife, she can charge the husband with attempted rape or assault.

being tied up, tortured, and raped in front of the cameras and no one is being arrested?
