No - I think you missed the punch line - listen to it again, the part about Lawful and Legal Tender and how the use of the money makes you a citizen and how citizens are not a party to the constitution... I had to listen to it several times myself till I got it. but good luck in explaining it. I couldn't.

What the heck, I'll listen to the entire thing as it beats the talk radio here and I missed C2C the past couple of nights.

I like C2C...don't always believe it, but I like it. It's entertaining and it beats, hands down the 24/7 political spin.

Though it often delves into that, but from a different angle.

Don't you need a membership to listen to this? How did it get on youtube? When I try to listen via their website they have a paywall.

I have not listened entirely yet but i believe the scheme would be that being a water born human you fall under the MARITIME LAW unless your family chooses for you to be a citizen and you can opt out of being a citizen anytime you choose.

Being a citizen means you are inventory of a certain country that exist under maritime law.
However if you opt out of the system then the system no longer has to recognize you or do business with you.

I had to turn it off when I heard George Noory's voice. It's too bad such a great show went so far downhill. It's really bad because George seems like a nice guy - but he's painful to listen to. I know Art Bell is gone, and I need to get over it, but not today.

I listen to this show regularily. This guy certainly had some legitimate points given my background in finance and economic. One theme he misses, however, is the US legal system. The system protects economic and financial interests. It defines what assets are owed, by whom, and who is owed what.

If you put into question the validity of a fiat currency (which is certainly a legitimate debate), what people miss (this guy as well) is that many laws are constructed to protect those interests.

Short answer: if you destroy the fiat currency, you also have to stop recognizing our Country's legal system. That would be hard to do. Think of it this way -- you'd have to overthrow the US (government, legal system, constitution) to start taking people's assets. That is a tough road.

Is a fiat currency perfect? No. There is no "perfect" currency philosophy. They all have unique drawbacks. He has points, but fails to realize that there are tons of checks and balances behind the scenes that protect our system. He makes a precarious situaion sound worse than it is....
