Your body, the human system, is a space time vehicle. The system is bound locale. The event (moment/now) is the only time. Reflection/Contemplation of another locale is a withdrawal from the current one. One cannot be in the moment when they are focused on the past future or alternate.

When you purchase a new item of some technicality you will recieve and instruction manual, in this instance the manual is the system.
