new avatar

okay so, i have no idea whats going on, ats says i have to upload an avatar to my photo album page, but the link brings me to ats videos....wtf...and the "click here" for more information page is "404"'d, so what the heck do i do t upload a new picture/avatar, somebody please let me know!!!! and sorry if this isnt the right place to post this, i havent started started many threads myself!

Go to Tools
Click Uploads
Browse until you find your picture
Down load
The page should refresh with your photo (avi)
Click that
Click the button that says "avatar"

Will wait to see if you have any other issues.

I see it! (you may have to resize)
