A certain user "Helper 39" makes this claim...
I believe that I am one of the witnesses spoken of in Revelation.
www.abovetopsecret.com...
So what do you think?
Do Christians on ATS confirm this? or do they deny this?
According to your knowledge..... Is he one of the 2 witnesses.... or is he a false prophet?
Whatever you think...I would like to hear this from you.
Warm regards.

4:11 Then answered I, and said unto him, What are these two olive trees upon the right side of the candlestick and upon the left side thereof? 12 And I answered again, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves? 13 And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord. 14 Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.

The two witnesses are two of God's prophets who are seen in a vision by John of Patmos, who appear during the Second woe in the Book of Revelation 11:1-14.
John is told that the court of God's temple would be trampled on by the nations for 42 months. During that period for 1,260 days (or 42 months, or 3½ years), two witnesses would be granted authority to prophesy. They are described as two olive trees and two lampstands who stand before the Lord of the earth. They are able to devour their enemies with fire that flows out of their mouths. They also have power over the sky and waters, and are able to strike the earth with plague. After their testimony, the Beast overcomes the two witnesses and kills them. For three and a half days, the people of the earth celebrate the death of the two witnesses who have tormented them for three and a half years. Then God resurrects the two witnesses. This strikes fear on everyone witnessing their revival and the two witnesses ascend to heaven. In the next hour, a great earthquake occurs and kills 7000 people, destroying a tenth of the city.[1]

Yes, they appear after the harpazo of the bride.

It is thought that at least one of the witness would be Enoch, with the 2nd being Elijah.
in the description it states that they are people to have never experienced death, both Elijah and Enoch where taken to heaven by God directly never dying on earth.
The bible also makes it clear these two will be easy to spot, they will have powers granted to them by God.
I suppose it is possible they are alive on earth as people now, depending on your view of the bible and Interpretations of Revelations.

Should have proof of that shortly -- assuming that the blog in his signature is his (and it appears to be, same "I am one of the witnesses" claim in there,) he's claiming that there will be a disruption in the closing Olympic ceremony:
Staged UFO / Alien Invasion At The 2012 London Olympics Closing Ceremony On August 12 – 8/12
One can judge a prophet by the accuracy of his predictions, I suppose.

There was a shortage of UFOs and alien invaders at the closing ceremony, so we have one failed prophet here.
Not one of the two witnesses, that can be stated concretely now.
Though, in the distance, I believe I can hear the "excuse machine" revving up.
