Look at the genius behind it...In a regular war...we defeat or get defeated.....then its end of story and the money stops flowing to the industry sectors to feed the war machine.

Then they create Al CIAda out of thin air...a faceless, nameless boogeyman....someone that they will never really defeat....so the money continues to flow......
