That thing on the far right in the car is an o-scope (oscilloscope). It tells you the frequency and waveform of an electrical current.

Edit: And by the looks of it, it's a digital o-scope, which makes it significantly more valuable than that entire car. If he bought this whole thing for a couple hundred bucks, he ripped the guy off. He can take that o-scope out and sell it for several hundred, maybe even a couple thousand depending.

the thing in the dash is a light board, they used to be popular and they light up with the music on the radio, the box on the passenger side, is an oscilliscope. possibly hooked to plug wires as a diagnosis machine, we had one in a shop i worked at and kind've used it like a timing light.

It's a Ford Crown Vic, 88-91 with a chopped down wheel, light board, and oscilloscope. What in the world those things are doing in that car is beyond me. How much you wanna bet it belonged to someone from at some point
They love their box bodies (what they call crown vics of that year as they are boxy, and have the 5.0 taken from the Mustang, which at the time was Foxbody platform) Those cars are incredibly comfortable to ride in, going over speed bumps at 45mph and you barely feel anything.

I'm surprised there isn't a thread about it there, but maybe there is.
