Its short and informative, and tells the things that most of our history books leave out and the media feels that they do not need to comment upon. Feel free to enjoy and comment.

Sorry to rain on your parade but so called historians conveniently leave out the millions of muslims that fought for hitler and the thousands of jews that were among the nazi ranks.
History will not be forgotten. Never again.

This Washington Post article states

And there is strong evidence that the most influential Arab in Europe -- Si Kaddour Benghabrit, the rector of the Great Mosque of Paris -- saved as many as 100 Jews by having the mosque's administrative personnel give them certificates of Muslim identity, with which they could evade arrest and deportation.

On a less uplifting note, the article also observes

About 1 percent of Jews in North Africa (4,000 to 5,000) perished under Axis control in Arab lands, compared with more than half of European Jews... ...The Arabs in these lands were not too different from Europeans: With war waging around them, most stood by and did nothing; many participated fully and willingly in the persecution of Jews; and a brave few even helped save Jews.

Arab collaborators were everywhere. These included Arab officials conniving against Jews at royal courts, Arab overseers of Jewish work gangs, sadistic Arab guards at Jewish labor camps and Arab interpreters who went house to house with SS officers pointing out where Jews lived. Without the help of local Arabs, the persecution of Jews would have been virtually impossible.

So it would appear that strong evidence exists that Si Kaddour Benghabrit, the rector of the Great Mosque of Paris saved perhaps 100 Jews. Elsewhere most Muslims stood by, while many participated fully and willingly in the persecution of Jews.

A brave few did however help to save the Jews, including Si Kaddour Benghabrit, the rector of the Great Mosque of Paris. Credit where credit is due.

Thats because most people would rather stereotype muslims as the enemy of jews.
In a time when muslims are portrayed as the "bad guys", a video about muslms saving Jews would seem out of place.

Sadly, most Muslims either stood by or collaborated with the Nazis in WWII. Only a few brave souls actually helped the Jews.

To be fair, that was true of many groups of people in WWII under Nazi occupation. It would however merely be propaganda to present Muslims as being saviors of Jews while simultaneously ignoring that many more participated fully and willingly in the persecution of Jews

Most Muslims did nothing but stand by.
Many actively collaborated with the Nazis against the Jews.
A few brave Muslims helped the Jews.

Sadly, most Muslims either stood by or collaborated with the Nazis in WWII. Only a few brave souls actually helped the Jews.

The same can be said of most christians and atheists as well.They too either stood by or collaborated with the Nazis.

On the other hand... there would have been christians and atheists who helped the jews.

The lesson is that generalizing is a mistake.

Well said. Givven what we know now about history and ww2, I'd say there's nothing to be proud of. So what, we tried to kill off our own race.. Or maybe evil tried

Why did the Jews need rescuing? According to their figures there were 6,000,000 of them, they went to the gas chambers like sheep.
In the Palestinian territories there are less than 5,000,000 and they are doing what the Jews should have done to the Nazis. i.e. fighting back.

So take the attn off of the good because a large part of a population did nothing to prevent the murder of jews?

Says a lot for us Americans who sit by while people are persecuted all over the world....

I can’t watch that video because I am using an internet dongle but I have heard stories about Muslims rescuing Jews during WWII

Most Muslims are good people just like you and I, I have a Jewish friend and a Muslim friend they spend most of their time joking with each other. The idea that “All Muslims hate all Jews” is as silly as saying “all Catholics hate all homosexuals”

You're right not all muslim are the same.

Extremists want to kill us all now, Moderates are waiting for the Mahdi to start the party, then kill us all. Definately not the same! And in between the extremists kill the moderates because they view them as apostates for refusing to kill moar jews nao!

Just a point of history, the damned SS, allgemeine or waffen, never made it into north Africa, thankfully, so just where did that piece of 'history' come from??

Jesus doesn't kill the catholics, they get martyred because of what that church did in the Dark Ages and 600 year Inqisition. We don't lift a finger, and we warn you all of the consequences of rejecting him, which means you are all still under God's judgement because you do not have the blood of the Lamb on you and your failure to heed the warning is your own fault, your blood is own your own hands. You have until he arrives at the Mt. of Olives to surrender to him, or you die whichever comes first.

Please note that there is an elaborate theology behind that.
In other words, non-christians getting butchered is all good since its backed up by some kind of theology.
