My thread was deleted?

I just noticed a thread I posted about ICE looking for a female child molester was deleted. I'm wondering why? Did I post it in the wrong spot? Was it against TOS? So confused right now.is it still here and I'm just not seeing it? I had it in the general chit chat forum which I thought could be about whatever?
It upsets me if it was deleted because the more people who see the woman the better chances those young children being raped have at being found and saved.

I recommend trying to u2u the mod that closed it. Maybe they could shed some light on the situation. I saw it, it didn't seem to break TandC, but I am no mod.
