ok I know its photos or it didn't happen but I just saw a UFO over Plymouth and it was heading towards plympton. Go look if you're local as you may see it...
It was a sphere blue white tint to the glow.
It's a very still night and was moving faster than a Chinese lantern could.
Not helicopter or plane, im sure. My first ever genuinely odd sighting!
Had to wait til I was 30!
Nay sayers and photoholics my phone picked up zilch. Sowwie.
Rice n peace.

How fast would you estimate it to be moving and at what altitude? I'm in Exmouth so it may head over my way soon...

I just see this about 30 minutes ago. I am in the south east and it lit up the sky.
I have seen a few shootings stars / meteors, whatever. But this was massive.
Awesome.

It was moving at a steady speed, pretty fast really, through the sky faster than a commercial plane. At a similar altitude. Glows. Can't miss it. Good luck!! Hope someone sees it!

If its the same one let's hope a new crop circle appeared somewhere between our two locations!

Cool that someone else thinks they saw it. Haha I'm not going mad. Bonus!

I'm on a bus now so chances of me seeing it again are slim to none.
It was a blue white glow like I said, bright, noticeable, a sphere of light.
That's it really just a light moving at a noticeable pace.

Ive seen the iss before, me and my gf planned to spot it out in the dark of st Germans. Id say this was something else. Of course I could be wrong is Plymouth to Plympton the direction iss was moving? I'm on phone and cant research properly.

I don't know if it's the iss or not but I have seen something just like you are describing 3 or 4 times. I'm south east kern, can see Plymouth.

I've seen it always around the same time, going in the same direction. Once saw it with 3 friends over Plymouth sound around this time last year... Thing is it was just above a thin layer of cloud and we could all see it shining light on the cloud from above. Very strange.

I'm with this as a possibility.
ISS, or any other satellite will move across the sky without a sound.
Satellites will often appear much closer than they actually are. A common factor seen with satellites too, when they fall into Earth shadow, they fade out, disappearing, where many who are unfamiliar with satellites will call this "UFO Cloaking", when in fact, it's just an orbital body shining brightly in reflected sunlight suddenly falling into the shadow of the Earth.

ISS sounds good,

10:52:08 pm WSW 10:55:09 34° -2.6 (very bright)

Though, on a clear night the last thing I would think of is the colour blue, at least the above gives the tracking.

To add, now I see Plympton, now part of Plymouth, is in the north east area of Plymouth, that would be right for the direction of the ISS.

Well I've also seen a few satellites go over head here as well and the thing I have seen was way to big and bright to be a satilite

Could very well be the iss, but i hope not its much better to think a ufo was over your city
.

Thanks for the input Druscila.
Maybe it was the iss, but I've looked at satellites all my adult life.
Seen iss.
I never thought I saw a UFO before.
Saw 4 shooting stars in the sky at once in hull in November once.
I don't usually go for UFO as a conclusion. Ever before.
