So my office made a decision to move from Groupwise to Gmail. Now we rely heavily on the calendars.
A feature we relied on a lot was you set an appointment for someone, but you can CC others on the appointments. So they could see it on their
calendars, but it wasn't addressed to them. It is how we helped supervisors keep track of important meetings for other coworkers.
But it looks like when you create an appointment in gmail, you can either invite someone, or not.
There has to be more to it than that. Or am I missing something?
I hope that isn't the case because that would be a big flaw.
