FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) — German police on Monday carried out a court order to remove anti-capitalist protesters from an Occupy Frankfurt camp set up almost ten months ago next to the European Central Bank headquarters.

This has been kept very quiet in the european media, It does however get lots of coverage in the U.S and i was surprised that no one brought it to light here? Any ATS people remember the stories here about the Frankfurt police joining the protestors? Is the occupy movement dying out. The new york times claims the eviction was for public health reasons. (Its safer to starve at home) As less people protest the police can easily remove the last die hards. We need to get back out ther to support Occupy and the Indignados. Its summer whats the matter with you people?

I don't know about you but where i live its been over 95 degrees for 2 months now!
I think i will just occupy my air conditioned living room.

Ah well its is slightly cooler here today only two degrees less than you. But we dont have the luxury of airconditioning..... or a house to put it in for that matter.
