I had some strawberries and raspberries I need to use up so I made this yummy pie. I even got some blueberries on sale and tossed them in. I used a
pre-made pie crust other wise it wouldn't have been quick and easy
Mblah's quick and easy 3 berry pie!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup strawberries, halved
2 cups blueberries (one of the small containers at the store works perfect)
2 cups raspberries (same size as blueberry container works just fine)
3 tbs corn starch
3/4 cup sugar
I pack ready made frozen pie crust (comes with 2 crusts)
Whipped cream
Directions
Mix corn starch and sugar in a bowl.
Mix berries together then toss in bowl with sugar and corn starch. Toss til evenly coated then let sit about 15 mins.
While berries are sitting take one pie crust out and let thaw out slightly. Preheat oven to 375F.
Once berries have sat pour them into one of the ready made pie crust shells.
Next take the other pie crust shell and place on top of the other one. Seal edges of the two pies then use a fork around the crust to make the pie
pattern. Don't press too hard! Make slits on the top for venting. Wrap the edges of the pie in foil, bake for 25mins then take foil off and bake
additional 25mins or til berry mixture is bubbling and crust is brown.
Serve with whipped cream!
