MacDonald's? How ridiculous! But, I did hear that Bill Maher ate a Mars Bar on Mars, so maybe that was the wrapper. He bought it at the MARket.

I know, I need a nap.

Wow. There are rocks and dust on Mars and Earth.
I'm gobsmacked.

The similarity of breakdown features on Martian surfaces with those found in arid and hyper-arid environments has been noted ever since the Viking mission brought back close-up images from Mars. However, the more recent perambulations of the Spirit and Opportunity rover vehicles has brought into sharp focus the clear similarities between surface rock breakdown on Mars and Earth. I'm just happy Curiosity found Mars!

Gravel could come from any sort of rock and lots of ways to make it, probably lots of ways that we don't even know about yet.

Mars is an awesome planet. I have been fascinated with it since I was a kid! So these simple little tidbits of information like gravel mean a lot to me.

Can't wait until we get a lot more information from the new rover on well anything and everything it can tell us about Mars. AWESOME!
