I am totally new to this, have never meditated before, but after receiving some bad news recently, I could do with something to just help my breathing and help me clear my mind from time to time.

Can anyone recommend any links or videos or even Iphone apps that give some good meditation practices, that concentrate on breathing and relaxation techniques?

I thought some on ATS may be quite clued up on such matters.

Just be aware of your breath. It is your lifeforce in this realm. As you develop equanimity you may begin to gain insight into spirituality.

Meditation doesn't have to be difficult. Conduct the surgical operation of your mind - meditate.

Hi, I recommend you try Falun Dafa meditation, it is totally free of charge and can be downloaded over the Internet.

The basic principle of Falun Dafa is easy, act in line with Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance in ordinary life.

Please read more about it here:

I wish you all the best!

PS: I had many health issues and I got rid of all my troubles in a short time, that is why there are 100 million people doing this on a daily basis..
