The police sometimes pad an arrest report with every damage a suspect has committed. But it's getting a bit silly when we have "murdered 8, wounded 14, and tagged walls with spray paint." Maybe the police officer was not fully convinced this (killing unchristian foreigners) was a bad thing, and wanted to bring up hygiene as well. This is Texas, after all, not to sound prejudiced -- but you can't be sure that graffiti doesn't put it higher on the priority list than a charge of "threatened American employs extreme 'Stand Your Ground' defense."

If the Sikhs were wearing Hoodies -- I'm sure the defense will use that as Probable Cause.

Why don't you take your vitriol and angst somewhere else, okay? You're putting words in my mouth. I did NOT state that the Texas charge was for graffiti. I was pointing out that the crimincal mischief misdemeanor charge he faced referenced a statute that INCLUDED graffiti. It was a matter of just sharing information because of the reports that there had been a temple in the Milwaukee area recently vandalized with graffiti.

Your attitude toward my post was really uncalled for.

I want to stress that this is an unconfirmed lead, but it is worth looking into:

A couple anonymous sources have stated that his live-in girlfriend was connected to the temple in some way.

With everything else, this builds a picture of an ex-Army vet, who worked in psychological operations, burnt out, moved around a lot, developing a biased ideology (like many who served in the desert do), breaks up with his girlfriend, moves out, then a week later takes out his rage on a symbol she had a connection/sympathies/knew someone with.

Again, this is a still unconfirmed lead and if I get more throughout the day, I'll get it posted up, but do look into this as the MSM is already on to the next story once they heard that it was a mentally unstable individual rather than something "juicy".

What can this possibly mean? He had access to Mind bending Drugs... also knew about what drugs do what? Probably knew how to manipulate someones mind without drugs..... probably manipulated his own mind or someone higher up did....

I have not taken the time to read through all 37 pages and if this has been mentioned, I apologize.
Anyone else think it strange that yet again we have someone lose it and go on a shooting rampage who lived in Colorado? Two in just a matter of weeks, as well as Columbine...

On a side note...
I have noticed, here at home, a lot of criminal activity that is out of the norm. I live in a rural community in North East Georgia. We do not have a lot of violent crimes in this area. Just in the last few months we have had 2 armed robberies and several high end thefts/break-ins. In what I have seen here, most of this has a lot to do with our economy and many are becoming desperate to feed themselves and their families. But, for us to fear who may be outside, is VERY uncommon. Heck I just recently began locking my doors at night, and I have lived here my entire life.
Something's going on. I can't pin-point it. Frustration levels are high and people are snapping in ways we've never dealt with before.
My heart goes out to the Sikh community. They seem to be a very peaceful people and for someone to do what they did yesterday is grotesque.
God be with all who have been affected. And with the rest of the people of this world... looks to me we are all in for a bumpy ride.

That specific MOS, 37F doesn't involve any expertise in drugs, its mostly the handling of information for psychological purposes. Which is not to say that the shooter wasn't on any substance, but his army occupation wouldn't give him any access to things like that.
