Since most people do not bother to read the whole thread, I will reiterate this here. lol
David Icke has been mentioned on this thread, because the Article this thread is about, "The Secret History of America" was falsely attributed to him. The document was authored by Josh Bempechat.

As far as reptilians go, the following is a true story, believe it or not.

Josh graduated High School in 1987, and worked at Greenpeace for 2 years. While there he learned about Bill Cooper from an elderly lady who saw that he had an open mind and gave him tapes of John Lear and Bill Cooper. Having just read the "emperor wears no clothes" by Jack Herer, he went on to work with jack starting in 1991. Around 1990, Josh attended his first UFO expo in LA and met Bill Cooper and Jordan Maxwell. He picked up "Dawn of the New Day" from Jordan and Behold a Pale Horse was about to come out and be published, or it had just been published. Also, he acquired a video of Jordan talking about Reptilians, and it tied in with what Bill Cooper had been saying, too. Around 1988, Josh had made friends with someone who he had similar interests with, mostly psychedelic and classic rock bootlegs. This person who we'll call "Bob", had a normal job and a normal life and worked at a high level at a very prestigious hospital. He was married and had children and was very responsible. "Bob" and Josh would sometimes sit around and discuss politics, as Josh was learning about all the conspiracies and was told by Bob over and over, "Why do you waste your time on such things?" and would tell him he could be productive in something good if he focused on reality instead of conspiracies. This continued for years as Josh would mention, albeit briefly, the conspiracy of aliens and the New World Order, and impending concentration camps programs and globalism and secret societies, etc. Bob was a bit older, and more experienced in the world, and someone Josh felt he could talk to and get some good information from. Bob had a good spiritual grounding and was well respected by many people he dealt with daily.

One day, Bob lost his job at his hospital, and had to apply to different hospitals for work. He was a high level manager of hospitals and his skills were very desired in the industry. Bob mentioned to Josh he was applying at the Shriner's hospital in Los Angeles, in a very top level position. It was known to Josh that Bob had Masons in his family, and his dad and grandfather were Masons. Bob was not "in the know" though, and mentioned to Josh that his parents barely ever mentioned it. However, Bob has globalists deep in the background of his own family, and this was no secret to either of them. Bob was sort of a black sheep though, and never participated in anything "powerful" in business. He was in healthcare. Knowing this would benefit Bob, Josh suggested he put the fact that his father and grandfather were Masons on his resume and application. Out of all applicants, Bob ended up with this position. (Yes, believe it or not). So, it was agreed that Bob would share any relevant information with Josh, since now, Bob would be at the heart of it all, and if anything was happening, he would surely find out about it.

However, there was a snag. Josh knew Bob had been fired for uncovering back door fraud by accident, from his previous hospital position, and Josh knew Bob was a good person, and told Bob he would never last long. Bob shrugged it off, and in his confidence, told Josh he would get in there, fix everything wrong, and he would be untouchable. This gained a laugh i'm sure.

A few months went by and Bob revealed to Josh that the Masons were going to put him on a "fast track" program to learn what he needed to know about Masonry to get up to speed fast, so he could function properly in his new position. It was not more than another few months before Bob mentioned to Josh that some really strange things were going on around him, but he could not mention it yet.

As time went by, Bob told Josh just how powerful some of the Masons were, and it appeared to be quite shocking to Bob, apparently. More time went by, and Bob told Josh that he was being invited to meet someone very High up in Masonry, a Grand master of some lodge, maybe California, but not sure. It was after this meeting, that Bob was changed forever.

Bob sat down with Josh and told him every detail of a very strange "encounter" he had with an entity not of this earth, at no other place than a Masonic Lodge meeting.

So, Bob had arrived at this meeting and met many people there, and shook many people's hands. Bob described to Josh being in business for years and years and having shaken thousands of hands before, and how upon meeting this one individual, this person he was supposed to meet this evening, how he felt the power this person had to easily crush his hand without trying, and the awesome strength this person seemed to have, made his wary of him and watching him carefully.

So, if I remember the story correctly, there was a woman at this meeting, and she was talking to this individual, and while she was talking to him, Bob saw this person grow a few feet in height, grow a mane down his head, a tail came out from behind and his eyes turned to orange slits and he had scales all over his body. Bob was extremely surprised to see this and did not know what he was witnessing. He looked at at the woman, whom apparently didn't react to this, and suddenly he made the connection that this person, or whatever it was, had some cloaking ability to shield itself, and this woman could not see him, but Bob did clearly. Bob realized that what he was seeing, is exactly what Josh had been talking about all those years and conversations, and then revealed to Josh that he was absolutely convinced that Josh had things figured out and was onto some serious research and studies. Bob admitted he now knew that secret societies were controlled by some other kind of entities, but he declined to try to explain the phenomena. However, according to Josh, Bob sticks to his story to this very day.

So, for those who do not believe, there are some people who do believe, and they have plenty good reason to.

Couldn't have summed that up any better. Except to say that to suggest that - if I don't believe the OP, it's because I don't have the mental or emotional capacity to understand what it is he/she wants me to believe - rubs me the wrong way.
I get up in the morning.
I go to work.
Occasionally I take a vacation.
I do my best to raise my kids.
This will be the case for the next 30 years. There will be economic and socio-political cycles I will have to endure. Probably more war than I want to stomach.
Outside of the chance of nuclear war or fatal disease I'm relatively certain I'll live to at least a few years after retirement.
I've been listening to New World Oder conspiracies since the Bush Sr. soundbite went from a soundbite to a conspiracy.That was at least 20 YEARS ago. I guess my point is while It's possible, I think if you follow the logic that those "in the know" have all of the real power, than this would have happened by now, because "they" have the capacity to make it so. What's the hold-up? Pretty sure I'm not under "mind control' as I do question everything. Because I come to a different conclusion doesn't mean I have less mental capacity than you.

Hi Mkoll.

If you want to see some form of proof (not total proof) that a secret society has penetrated the deepest levels of power, then watch the following video. It is nearly four hours long, so get some popcorn. It is a deep watch, and almost impossible to deny the findings the creator of this video has found.

He is just one guy, and thus, I'm sure all of his conclusions aren't totally correct. But a high percentage of his findings are hard to deny. Even the first 30 minutes are pretty insightful. Keep an open mind, try to watch all of it (in segments if need be) and check his findings. Google Earth is free.

I hope this helps, and gives you a spring board into other lines of investigation. Cheers.

I shall give it a watch though. Like I said earlier, I am open to the idea that ancient societies and other connections may be continuing into the modern day and that may have goals including global dominance.

I am just tired of reading arguments where people try to prove their respective views with bull-headedness and cyclical thought patterns.

Started watching and I do like learning about the esoteric connections in the things we take for granted. I do believe that esoteric societies have had very much influence and probably still do. Whether or not they seek absolute power I am not sure. Why wouldn't they have done it yet?

You know, Mkoll, the key to understanding power, is really in understanding the human condition itself. In our Masonic constructed society, we all rely (are forced to use) on the dollar as a unit of measure of currency and wealth, and our system is controlled through the extension of this imaginary credit. This creates haves and havenots, and class differences and hence, wars, etc in the extension of the haves and havenots. Then there becomes the need to climb this imaginary "ladder" which will supposedly take you to the "top", where you no longer have to slave for $10 an hour for the Masons and others slave for you, instead. You sit back on a yacht and sip martinis with playboy mansion chicks.

Women tend to follow men, and their power and in order to get laid, the male will seek to climb that ladder as fast as he can...

Pretty simple explanation of power and control and the quest for it, if you ask me. That's the "Pyramid of Power".

In order to get there, men will rob, rape, steal, kill, mass murder, inject vaccines, add fluoride to water, invest in GMO projects, build war factories and weapons, create mutants and cyborgs, and track every human from the sky to make sure nobody ruins their little "elite party".

Well.... Also the Elite has adopted the 'pyramid' method. As in few, or one, at the top calls all the shots and makes all the profit while us little people at the bottom work hard and do things we don't want to just to keep our mediocre jobs and pay our debts. This is why there is a pyramid on the back of the dollar and one all seeing eye at the top.

Honestly though, since when does even a third hand story of 'some mystery guy called 'bob' count as evidence... And this isn't third hand, I doubt it's even fourtieth hand... All I ever see as 'evidence' is anecdotal evidence, dubious assumptions, inferences and conjecture and, in this case, unsubstantiated stories about "some guy who knew a guy who knew a guy who once...."

Im on their side. We need a new world order. Maybe then will people deny their ignorance. Maybe it takes a "bad guy" to make the american crowd rise up. Maybe. But maybe THEY wont allow you to gather up. maybe it's to late! All i know is THEY are not dumb. They know the world's resources are running "low". The only solution i can thinn of is the bartering system. It works great! Not only that but you see the value of things as you desire, not through some corporate pricetag. They might own all the money in the world, but they do not own my soul

Which Scottish Rite? Maybe I am missing something from what you are saying (and excuse me if I am), but what about the Order of the Thistle? Do you mean in the US specifically? Many thanks.

Excellent, glad you have invested some time into it. Absolutely, it is a little scary, and it makes you wonder how no one noticed. But I suppose it is the age of the computer and distributed knowledge that has helped connect dots, and share knowledge.

Anyways, glad I was able to offer something a bit more tangable. Like you say, it is easy for someone to say something, but far different to see something with your own eyes.
