Lurker, becomes member, becomes poster!

I thought I would pop an introduction up. I have been lurking about reading with great interest for about 6 months enjoying the creative, crazy and passionate debates.

I am a lovely Londoner working for a large University project managing Government funded programs to support the links between academia and business. My specialism is digital technology and design, principally 3D and product. I also do a spot of consultancy work assisting other Universities in developing similar projects.

On a personal level I am due to get hitched in November (obviously because I want everything legal before the end of the world!) I have a crazy cat that enjoys eating cucumber and black olives, a highbrow approach to literature and an ever growing collection of street art.

Only recently decided upon joining officially, ATS is my bedtime reading although I can't read the Aliens and Paranormal Studies forums in bed, they just give me nightmares!

I am interested in most of the forums with intellectual discussion, I find it all fascinating and look forward to being able to contribute.

Congrats to your pending pre End of the World marriage! I wish you and yours all the best! (I asked my better half to marry me either on Halloween or on the day of December 21st. But Halloween is looking better due to less rioting/chaos.
