Let's help you out here. This is all the black society's fault! This is also the kids' fault. This has nothing to do with white people. This has everything to do with the leftist attitude of blacks.

no authority, no punishment, no one cared about you. Teachers treated you as if you were a lost cause and collateral damage. Fights every single day, people selling crack,
Cockroaches, not enough desks, 20 year old books huge class sizes, reduced class periods, on and on and on...

He's a Rush Limbaugh style troll who is depressed that he cannot make Ron Paul bashing threads anymore.
Although I get the premise behind this and would be absolutely comfortable that they target inner city areas where the poverty levels are low but like most people I do take issue to it just focussing on african americans because the order itself is a bit misleading..one might think that this just deals with education at a k-12 environment and it's much more far reaching...because it's so much more far reaching and really ignores other races that are in jail and limits their opportunity for a second chance...some of the categories are a bit subjective,,such as drop outs getting preference, children that are gifted or talented???? This type of language may really divide folks...

Yes, it's appears to be another "programs that help minorities discriminate against whites" type thread. Oddly, when whites have an advantage, no such threads appear protesting discrimination against other groups.

You aren't allowed to speak the truth about the majority of the African community or any minority, specifically the African and minority communities in the two major "coddle the minorities" nations, America and England. And in fact, the more truth you speak in an attempt to fix the problem, the more hate and venom you will recieve. And I sense much truth in you. So prepare to be torn apart. Poor kid.
