Why are you trying to tell anyone else what THEY should do with THEIR employees?
What about his employers freedom to employ whom they choose and not whom they choose not to?

This is the power of collective anger and social media.

I find it fascinating that people on Twitter can be arrested and charged for making a racial or insulting comment, as long as there is enough anger and public outrage, yet the thousands of others who respond to them with threats of physical violence are let off the hook.

There is a social justice aspect to this, but it seems to rely solely on how many people scream about it.

I hate that company with a passion. There are not enough hours in the day for me to express my disgust. But the guy chose the wrong target. And then the public sided with the underdog, as we would expect. Public outrage prompted the move.

It's a damn shame there isn't as much public outrage for the actions and behaviours of that sick and twisted corporation too.

Actually, his comment does. He states his belief that liberals are collectivists(this is demonstrably true), and uses that hypothesis to explain why a liberal would think it acceptable to attack a lowly worker in a company perceived as "evil"(which to them means that said company/group disagrees with them) instead of taking their issue up with the individual who made the offensive comment.

It was awesome watching Bill O'Reilly completely destroy most of what Bill O'Reilly has been doing for years.
The king of all boycotts, suddenly finds it un-American to boycott and you follow him along lapping this crap up.
