You are right we are not. We are arresting them for vandalism. The literature is evidence in a vandalism case. They are not being arrested for the literature. No where does any article state that they are.

Now if they had no idea who the perp was and the perp was quoting from a certain book while taking said dump, then finding that book in the perps house is relevant. The book itself is irellevant, it is only made relevant from the context of the crime.

Something led them to this persons house, there is obviously other evidence. The literature is one piece of the case, not the entire thing. Just like the literature was one piece of the search warrant, not the whole search warrant. The only nonsensical thing is your reaction.

so it was on the warrant....it should not be there....really the FBI should not be wasting our limited resources on kids being kids....that is for local authorities and their parents....not big bad federal agents.
