Did you mean: french military defeats?

In all fairness as was pointed out they did have some wins, but overall their winning % is like Tampa Bay's the first 5 years!

No. It (the French winning percentage) is by far higher.

As for all fools trying to offend France:

Just try it.
Who has less losses? US? Surely they won WWII, but they lost the Vietnam war and couldn’t occupy Cuba in 1962 (never mind the fact that their spy aircraft U-2 was in 1960 shot down in Russia and that they now have a lot of trouble in Iraq). Great Britain? Please, they were defeated so many times (by Normandians, Saracens, French, Pope Innocent III and others). China? They were conquered for a long time by Mongolians first and later by Japan (never mind the 3 opium wars). So that leaves us exactly who? Exactly which major country in the world has encountered less losses?

This (offending France) is one of the worst ideas I have ever heard, simply from the historical point of view, never mind the fact that it’s not polite to offend other countries.

Booo to you

I forgot to mention something.

Regarding the Hundred Years War it must be remembered that it wasn't nearly lost by the French. The French have been winning not only at the end of the war but also earlier. In the years 1360-1389 they have retaken the territories that they earlier lost to the English.

Regarding World War II it must be remembered that the French fought not only at the end of the war but also earlier in North Africa. They were defending Bir Hakeim there. They repelled all Italian attacks. They were defeated by the German army.
