Is there any creature in myth or legends that can shapeshift from animal to human like forms but has eyes like a round rainbow and blackish skin?

Are you sure it wasn't just the artist's creativity in representing a concept in his/her painting. Not an actual creature.

ETA - As you can see, you have us interested. I would guess the rainbow eyes would just be an artistic add on. My first thought would be more of a paranormal one on what you describe.

Don't wlak into a video game store, your head might just explode if you think every image of a "creature" is real.

Great piece of art rkingpin. You seriously should consider doing more of these and selling them/giving them away for free. The minimalism is very profound and in combination with the rainbow eyes and the very definitive form of the head makes a great piece of art.
