It's a cool shot of a meteor but it's very, very far from the "biggest in history." This thing was maybe the size of a baseball until it burned up, quite likely even smaller.

A truly large meteor burning up will light up an entire region when it explodes in the atmosphere.

Click the youtube button, then just paste the alphanumeric part ofthe URL, not the youtube.con/watch?= or whatever the rest of the URL is... just the alphanumeric (and symbols) part. Should be an 8 character string if I recall.

Cool video I would love to see one fall.I vaguely remember a meteorite falling or fireball (at least that's was what I was told it was)back in the mid 60's in southeastern Michigan.It was late at night I remember ny sister waking me up to see it,it was so bright that it lit up the night sky like daylight.

I'm sure there are people up there that remember that night I do know it was talked about for days but I was just a small child then I don't remember all of the hoopla about it.

What part of Michigan are you in?
