I think someone earlier on the thread hit it on the head. She probably had as many guns trained on her at that moment as the targets at the Olympic Shooting event. If only she'd known....and I'm glad she was harmless.

I can only guess that no one did anything further because she was dead a half second after the scoped ones saw her do something that wasn't in context to a happy event. With that all covered...Why make a scene removing her that the world would, literally, all see and never forget? I think they probably played it very well......after security failed to stop her getting there in the first place. Hmmm

I know you're just the messenger, but that is one of the worst pieces of journalism I've seen in a while.

What type of pass exactly did she have? I have to assume it was a security pass, right?
Who told the contingent that she was going to walk with them?
Who was the other Guy that stayed back and did he have a pass?
What problems did her pass cause on Facebook? Why did she have to deactivate her account instead of remove the pictures?

I wish I knew any of that. Guess I'll do it myself... Still a good thread though.
