What if we happond to find something smaller then the electron? What could we do with it? What do you think it would look like? And how would you think it be found?

Yes, muffin: it's long been done. Of course, how "real" such things are is a matter of mathematics. Do a search on "fundamental particles" or something similar.
If it is new to you, it's an intriguing world of weird and wonderful names and theories, "charm" and "strangeness".
Do, however, pick a scientifially repectable source so you can see the limitations, at present, of the postulated particles and their properties.

Yeah, physicist can't really measure them. They behave as waves of energy or as packets, depending on how you measure them.

Seems that the world around us isn't all that solid after all...
