It wouldn't hurt to do some research, find out where the flu shot your MIL was given came from, and don't rely solely on the medical facility's information either as liability reduction is step one in something like this... It's quite possible given the date of her vaccination that she could have received a contaminated dose. Never hurts to find out man.
