You'll noticed it says "Respected Foe".

This doesn't mean what most people think it does...

I am jealous, with all the people that dislike me, I have yet to get on a dislike list as far as I know. How do I check, maybe I am on lots of them and just don't know it. My brother used to say, "If I am here on earth to please everyone, then I am doing a really bad job of it". LOL.

No, that's the right place. However, when you receive the message in your inbox, it states that they have added you to there list of "RESPECTED FOES" Mmmmm?

If you get *respected* enough, you get one of these in your messages....it pops up as soon as your rival *respects* you...

Sorry, just a word I used to describe a list of people this person must dislike. There is no "Foe Directory" as such but if you look at someones profile it has a list of people they do not like.
