I understand what the games are all about, but arent we all getting a bit to sensitive?

Here is what the tweet said:

''With so many Africans in Greece, the West Nile mosquitoes will be getting home food!!!''

Was it racial? Or regional? All all the African athletes black? Was this really that offensive?
