When i edit

When i try to edit a post to add a link or to add a piture and sometime just to add text all that was on the post before is deleted. Need help please

Happens to me too. What I do is copy what I added, which is basically all that's left. Then I do an "Undo" which you can either do by right clicking and picking "Undo" or if you are more of a keyboard jockey like myself, you can use "Ctrl+Z". Hold down the "Ctrl" key, then press the "Z" key.

"Undo" brings everything back, and you can then paste what was added in the place you wanted it.

Kind of a pain, but I learned a way around it and to deal with it.

shorty when you add images via edit are you using the automated buttons? If you do they have a tendency to delete all previous text when it posts the new code and image link. If you hand type the bbcode, your original post will remain intact.

I have found the same thing, so what i do is upload the image in the member centre and copy
the ats http path to my notes.
Then i hand type
