Election Day and No Attack

If (and that's a big if) Bush wins and there is no attack, were all of you who "knew" the Bush Administration would stage an attack wrong? Will you claim the election was rigged therefore he did not need an attack? Or will the mere threat of an attack be enough to influence the millions of voters in this election?

What if Kerry wins and there was no attack? Will that mean that the voters have decided that terrorism is no longer a threat and the economy is their main concern?
