Whatever the cause.. it is convenient to test the GM draught resistant corn mentioned above. Just sayin..

how would TPTB know who's corn has the drought resistant lab-altered seeds? wouldn't they be able to see the results by now? sure, TPTB WANT to control the weather; but, i don't believe they have the ablility. to test theories on weather effects on the corn, you would need constant "check-up" on the plants (not just flybys of drones). there would be too many people involved to keep this under wraps, imo.

The wobble in the Earth which caused a pole shift and changed the jet stream course is could be the reason for weather pattern shifting.

Haarp is used to wage war on other countries.

Chemtrails used for domestic genocide.

GM crops used to withstand the pole shift, Haarp, chemtrails, and draught conditions.

Yeah in a small hidden area to feed the "elite".

I recon the weather is manipulated 24/7 to give benefits and/or punishment to countries and their people.

If you don't tow the line, you get a drought for a bad harvest or severe storms to damage property.

Tow the line and you get rain, rain, rain, to keep you going just before a perfectly timed period of sun for the UK Olympics.

Yes, I think mother nature has been hijacked on occasion.
