That was extremely disgusting what you did right there.

In your haste to crucify "society", you lumped the scumbag killer in with the innocent. The victims families refuse to even mention his name and publicly stated this yet you come along and lump them all together in the same sandbox.

So next time you use haste to push your agenda of society is to blame for everything, pause a moment, there is no need to ruin your argument by coming across as distasteful.

www.dailymail.co.uk...

Apparently he had broken up with his girlfriend and was due to be evicted as well in the days before the attack. Neighbors and Classmates say he was obsessed with video games and seemed to want to be a video game character. Most of the scoop is coming from TMZ. Just like I said in another thread-If you want the dirt go there.

I'm interested to hear what song he had playing in his apartment.

Anyone hear anything about this?

Am I the only one who has a problem with the fact that this man is sitting in front of a judge with no formal charges filed against him?

This is all a media charade. There is no such thing as an "arraignment" if there are no charges filed. He's being put on camera, in a court room, to appease the public.

I'd rather hear which websites he frequented to bash the US and support terrorists. He probably touted the virtues of Socialism also by his now proven OWS ties. If it wasn't for the OWS link, I could believe he is just an overinfatuated movie freak who is mad they made a new Batman after the Joker died in real life making the last one. With the fake red hair he is sporting in the court photos the only thing to go by, that would have been plausible but the level of his education and OWS ties makes that scenario highly unlikely.

Just on CBC news.

James Holmes applied for gun range practice a month ago and his application was denied. Reason being, his voice mail message was incoherent and slurred. Set off warning bells so they denied him.

He looks like he is: A) coming down off of a very strong phenethylamine psychedelic drug B) Acting crazy, or C) has been given drugs/poisons to cause brain damage by someone.

I find the whole thing to be a planned event because:

The thousands of dollars of tactical equipment and weapons the guy had obtained in a very short time without any real income, and without any questioning. You can buy a vest, but most places want you to prove you are LEO or security first when buying this sort of stuff.

All of that can be bought legally within five miles of where I'm sitting now. Yes, even the vest. I'm in a city the same size as Aurora and don't even have a larger city like Denver close by. No problem whatsoever for him to get that stuff.

The exit doors are only able to be opened from the inside of the theator. Emergency exits are alarmed!

I was fighting a bout of insomnia when this happened. A few hours later one of the talking heads had spoken with a person from inside who said he simply bought a ticket, sat in his seat for a bit, then "guessed" he slipped out the door to where his car was. It's easy to slip some tape over the lock or a bit of cardboard. A child could have pulled that off and he planned this for months.

The lack of undercover or even normal security.

At a movie theatre in a low crime area? Where do you live? I've never seen any "undercover" (forgive me but undercover at a movie) or security at a movie theater? Do you live in a gang neighborhood?

The timing of the event, shortly before the Nato SAL treaty, and in an election year.

Odd coincidence, but without evidence no reason to think that.

The weird glitches of people's faces as the camera moves in the courtroom

That's an odd statement. Weird glitches?

The sealing of evedentiary records in the case.

That is SOP during and investigation unless the Prosecutor is an idiot. Would you rather they risk an error that gets him off just so you can get a dose of gossip?

He appears either drugged of brain damaged, if it is acting it looks mighty realistic for either.

Yes he does look sedated. Why would that be weird considering his mental state? You want him going off in the courtroom?

I know I'm on ATS but it's a little strange here today. I'd not looked in since before this happened.

Is it possible that a mentally ill person who's illness had been neglected by those around him did this on his own? Of course it is! In fact that is probably exactly what occurred here.

I know I come here and even beleive in some conspiracies, but is everything that happens in the whole world a "false flag" or "conspiracy"? No, that would be silly.

Mostly I think all this is just people trying to make it about them as they always do whenever something bad happens.

Saw that about three hours ago on the news. Sounded like he was cackling and saying such weird crap the Gun Club wanted nothing to do with him. He had already submitted and application. They were right. Good for them.

I know....but police have to know what it was. There was nothing uncalculated about this. I'm sure the song, even thou it was techno, had a title
and meaning.

I thought he looked COMPLETELY drugged, can't imagine on what because he didn't seem to know which end was up. I have some questions as I know nothing about this type of thing: Can they drug him? Is that actually legal? I mean, I realize TPTB can do anything but wouldn't they need to keep him clean to avoid looking unstable or do they drug in these situations for "health" reasons ~ like, he'll hurt himself or go bazurk (sp?)? I find it hard to believe that someone with his education and obvious smarts that he would be THAT messed up. PTSD? I'm certainly not defending, just have no understanding as to why he looked like that. It was the first thing I noticed and it seemed pretty consistent to be an "act"......any thoughts or anyone know what's allowed as far as drugging a "suspect"??

Its hard to know what to make of all this. I saw a video of
him giving a lecture. He seems normal, intelligent, and
someone who wouldnt hurt a fly. He had a promising future
ahead of him. Its just scary that this can happen to someone
who seems so harmless.

I know some people are shouting set up, but i dont believe this
at all. Just someone who slowly, but surely, lost his mind. To the
point where he could not tell the difference between reality and
fantasy.

Yeah but did he have any help on his journey to losing his mind? He has ties to OWS, him being in academia he could have met anyone with chaos as their objective. The campuses are ripe with that sort of thing simmering beneath the surface preying on young minds who lack experience in the real world.

Devils Breath when he did it or today in the courtroom? What is it? He looked, at points, like he was seeing flying monkeys in the room and then almost back to sleep...very weird to watch

I've been thinking a bit about the whole situation. The whole MKULTRA stuff aside, unlike Loughner, who is/was clearly out of his his, this guy is an enigma. Obviously intelligent, what made him go on that rampage, because he doesn't look mentally disturbed.

As other have also pointed out, he looks dazed, tired, or drugged. I agree that he is probably on little to no sleep, due to A) constant interrogation AND B), i would assume he is woken/checked up on every hour on the hour around the clock. They will not let him sleep, either to check up on him or to question him.

I am beginning to think he A) was heavily drugged up before the killings, and he was in his own reality, or as others have pointed mentioned, maybe he discovered something in his research to dissociate himself.

Unlike Loughner, he currently seems to understand the reality--and severity--and what he is accused of doing.

I wish i had posted the link as soon as the court proceedings began, but...

It is interesting to see him with his dyed hair, and now i really wonder what was going on upstairs...

*scratches head*

He Definitely looks like he was on something. It looks like no one is home there. Not the completely deranged look of a Loughner, but like....something is completely gone from him.

The glazed, bugged out look...
