Wish we had an amber alert system like you have in the US, might get these things sorted sooner.....

Concern is growing for two young sisters missing from their home in Manchester overnight.

Liana Boyd, 11, and eight-year-old Teigan were last seen at about 20:00 BST on Sunday.

They had gone to play at Whitworth Park, close to their home, and when their mother got there a short time later she was unable to find them.

Police said they were becoming increasingly worried about the pair, who have not gone missing before.

I hope they are safe and are found.

But they really need to release pictures, names and ages alone aren't enough.

Yeah i know.....they just said on TV that they are still waiting for a picture of the youngest.

Sky News said that the police weren't alerted until the early hours of the morning.....if i had two girls that age (well i did once they're older now) and they never did this before, i'd be on the phone to the police within an hour.
