A law enforcement official says investigators have found a Batman mask inside the apartment of the Colorado shooting suspect who opened fire at a midnight premiere of "The Dark Knight Rises."

AP

He's attempting to draw some symbolism. So, what type of symbolism does a batman mask convey?

He was not trying to be anyone. I doubt he even was a batman fan. If he had been, he would have waited at the end of the movie to start the massacre. A die hard fan would want to watch the " best batman movie ever ". There is no need to look for conspiracies when the facts speak for themselves.

A regular guy lost it and went on a killing spree. It happened in the past and it will happen again.

Yes a regular guy who became psychologically unstable. To commit such an act does not require "balls" but a mental illness left untreated.

The main part of this whole story is the victims + witnesses .....

A masked man enters a packed cinema for the Premier of a brand new movie ..
As he opens fire , people start running all over the place , due to this , most of the eye witness accounts are utter trash ..
The few people who actually get a look at the shooter can not identify him / her / THEM , at all ....
The man that was arrested was supposedly waiting in / near a car for the police to take him without a fight ....

News breaks that people have died ........ including children , and just like every other shooting , and every other false flag , the emotion card comes out of the deck .

Now the emotion card has been played , you better not say anything that doesnt sound like what the government is telling you , or you`ll have every nutcase in a six mile radius throwing abuse at you.

Then President Badoinkadoink tells everyone to fly their flags half mast ............. did he shoot batman or something ? no ? oh well , good ol mr prez must be showing you what he means by "we`re all in this together"

The American gov is like the creepy kid at school who you avoided because you knew he`d try to trick you into owing him something ......... just get prepared to have your weapons forcefully removed from your premises when your troops have ran out of countries to invade and babies to bomb.

The facts really do speak for themselves. The fact that they have not released a mugshot of James Holmes and the fact that they said it will take months for them to find a motive in this case, as well the fact they have not released any security footage whatsoever from the movie theater that proves that James Holmes was there and actually proves that he went out of the movie theater and went to the parking lot and put on the riot gear and gas mask and carried an Ar-15, Shotgun, and .45 caliber weapon back into the theater and then walked out to the parking lot and waited for the police to arrest him.

And he was not any regular guy, the facts are that he was a top neuroscientist who is one of 1/6 Neuroscience Phd candidates in the whole country that have received a NIH government grant for his Phd work and also his father was worked for a company HNC Software Inc. that has ties to DARPA. Have you heard of a regular guy studying and researching "Temporal Illusions" in high school?

No problem, I actually remember the whole Nightfall era in Batman comics. Bane was like Batman's version of Doomsday in Superman comics only he was more intelligent. FYI Bane was in one of those awful Schumacher Batman movies but they got his character all wrong. He is also in the Batman Arkham City, which is a very awesome game.

He was chosen for the program then failed the preliminary exam.
And a kid talking about temporal illusions in high school is nothing really special. It is not like he came out with equations or anything substantial related to time travel.

So yes he was a regular guy who happened to be scientifically literate.

Also he was far from being one of the top students in the country. His application for University of Arizona was rejected.

You forgot to mention the following
abcnews.go.com...

Holmes was a Ph.D. candidate at the school's graduate program in neuroscience until he voluntarily withdrew from the program in June.

He received his appointment through the Neuroscience Training Grant program from the National Institutes of Health, which funds six pre-thesis Ph.D. students in the neuroscience program at the Anschutz Medical Campus. According to the university, the focus of the program is on "training outstanding neuroscientists and academicians who will make significant contributions to neurobiology."

He reportedly failed a preliminary exam before pulling out of the program, according to ABC News' Denver affiliate KMGH-TV. It is unclear if the exam was related to his decision to leave the program.

KMGH was told that even if Holmes did fail the exam, he would not have been kicked out of the program because students have an opportunity to improve their grades with an oral exam. "I don't know any of that and I don't know that we have any of that information on him," Anschutz Medical Campus spokeswoman Jacque Montgomery told ABCNews.com.

The university said Holmes gave no reason for asking to withdraw from the program. Last year, Holmes applied to the University of Arizona, according to statement by the school, but was rejected, KPHO-TV in Phoenix reported

He voluntarily withdrew from the program even though he received a grant to stay by the NIH and also he had could have made up his grades with an oral exam. It seems as though that after being part of Neuroscience research Program at the University of Colorado, he came across something that changed his outlook and he did not want to be there any more, thus applying to University of Arizona and voluntarily withdrawing from the program. The question I have is why was he rejected from The University of Arizona even though he was still 1 /6 Neuroscience PhD candidates to receive the NIH grant? Could the NIH grant have had a say in his rejection and thus preferring he stayed and continued his research program at the University of Colorado?

If he is a regular guy as you say, explain to me how would a "regular guy" booby trap his own apartment with such a complex network of trip wires and chemicals and that it took more than a day and a half for the FBI and local bomb squad to enter his apartment. If he was a "regular guy" as you say, then why would all of the evidence from his apartment need to be transported to the FBI headquarters in Quantico, Virginia, instead of the local FBI field office in Denver, Colorado? FBI headquarters apparently located in a "high-level security Marine Corps Base in Quantico."

www.chicagotribune.com...

Police in Aurora, Colorado, have diffused the bobby traps at shooting suspect James Holmes' apartment and are sending evidence to FBI headquarters at Quantico, FBI special agent James Yacone said at a news conference Saturday afternoon.

"It went very, very well," Yacone said. "The threat has not been eliminated. It has been significantly reduced." Authories also continue gathering evidence and investigating the theater where Holmes allegedly opened fire early Friday morning, killing 12 and injuring 58. They expect to finish on Monday, and return control of the Century 16 theater to its owners on Wednesday. ...

Federal and local bomb experts began defusing an elaborate web of booby traps in Holmes' apartment early Saturday morning that surprised even veteran FBI bomb experts, who said they "rarely [encounter] anything this complex." Police and authorities entered the apartment with a robot and disabled a tripwire stretched across the front door of the 800-square-foot dwelling. Next, they defused the trigger on a volatile mixture of chemicals that, if triggered, would have exploded in a blast or ignited.

Aurora Police Chief Dan Oates said the bomb team will soon enter the apartment to neutralize any remaining traps and collect evidence, which will be processed at the high-level security Marine Corps base at Quantico.

You mean whoever orchestrated this made a very weak attempt at trying to show symbolism between James and this event?

Please. If this guy was as whacky as everyone seems to think he is, and all because he's overwhelmed with obsession over Batman, wouldn't we expect to see his entire apartment literally riddled (pun intended) with Batman stuff? Laces out! You mean to tell me that you actually buy the story that he's obsessed with this comic, and yet his only item of reflection is a single black Batman mask?

Laughable. It's almost so bad of a coverup story that it's starting to sound intentionally fudged.
