Public schools aren't bankrupt? I know the Cleveland Public School District sure is. But that was caused by redlining, the banks created the ghettos..lowering the property value and everything with it. Then on top of that the foreclosure crisis in 2008.

I don't know if you've noticed but the whole country is bankrupt. It's mathematically impossible to pay off the national debt. But then again half of it isn't even our debt anyway, it surely isn't my fault bankers made bad derivative bets for their own profit.

Clearly you have not realised that the 10 as a whole (which is what they were originally presented as) may be a fantasy while some of their points hold some validity.

That is a shortcoming in you comprehension - not a contradiction on my part.
