i'm pretty sure this ticks all teh boxes:

- no universal health care
- few entitlement programmes
- low flat tax rate
- faith based government
- deep reverence for god
- strict limits on abortion
- marriage based on a man and a woman
- homosexuality illegal and a sin
- strict dress codes
- tattoos, piercings, etc mostly banned
- death penalty in common use
- strong private religious school sector
- no restrictions on oil driling or other resource exploitation
- culture promotes "appropriate roles" for men and women

This paradise is, of course, Iran.

No workplace regualtions
Corporations have the same rights as people
No ways to ensure animals are at least treated humanely at slaughtering plants.

Nothing would be regulated other than abortions

Workers have no rights, should be thankful for the job they have

Child labor

Everything would be privatized

Republicans have constantly been on the wrong side when it comes to things that are important to ordinary Americans

Social Security
Workplace regulations
Public Education
Reproductive freedom

I'm glad there are people that are able to see through their "Family Values" propaganda and see that the agenda of the Republicans is to bring us closer to Corporate Feudalism

And before anyone starts screaming that we are creating division, we're not.

While the republican and democratic POLITICIANS might act very similar, be bought and paid for, the individual republican populous isn't.. and they tend to believe this stuff.

And here's a list for Democrats

1. money grows on trees so spend as much as you’d like on your constituents to purchase as many votes as possible
2. when money isn’t growing on trees, get it from those people still working (they’re not your constituents anyway)
3. when an industry starts to go the way of the dodo bird, subsidize it to keep the workers and get more votes
4. the U.S. Constitution is a mere piece of paper – use it to wipe your rear-end
5. laws are meant for other people, not for us
6. if a law can’t be passed to shut down an industry, use regulations until it's strangled
7. citizen dependency on government is a good thing – they’ll keep voting for us
8. partial birth abortion is a God-given right and guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution (really, I read it in there somewhere)
9. all religions (including demonic) are equal
10. all morals are relative
11. guns in the hands of the general population are a bad thing because it means the government doesn’t have complete control
12. economics be damned, everyone should have a minimum wage guaranteeing a $50k per-year salary (whether on welfare, working part-time or full-time)
13. the mainstream media is an unbiased entity who just happen to always agree with us liberals
14. there should be no such thing as private schools – all schools should be public schools taught by union teachers who teach the party line
15. there should be a civilian force that’s larger and more powerful than the Armed forces (BHO said this)
16. education, food, shelter, transportation, clothing, healthcare, and salary should all be “free”

I could go on but I’m getting tired of typing….

Actually one of the founding fathers said it.

Alexander Hamilton;

Let a regular army, fully equal to the resources of the country, be formed; and let it be entirely at the devotion of the federal government; still it would not be going too far to say, that the State governments, with the people on their side, would be able to repel the danger. The highest number to which, according to the best computation, a standing army can be carried in any country, does not exceed one hundredth part of the whole number of souls; or one twenty-fifth part of the number able to bear arms. This proportion would not yield, in the United States, an army of more than twenty-five or thirty thousand men. To these would be opposed a militia amounting to near half a million of citizens with arms in their hands, officered by men chosen from among themselves, fighting for their common liberties, and united and conducted by governments possessing their affections and confidence.

en.wikisource.org...

Republicans are always going on about running the country the "founding fathers" intended it to be ran.

I would adjust it to No abortions and No entitlement programs.

I think we would have shack and tent cities, or the poor would just be arrested and sent to work at private prisons for profit (modern slavery would be practiced). I bet it would include debtor prisons, and booze and tobacco would be illegal. There would be public dress codes and you would have to pay a tax to vote. All religions other than Christianity would be outlawed. Scientists and professors would be run out of the country and it would be a dark age on the North American continent.

Yet we would have huge groups of people proclaiming were number 1!!!

Possibly, but there's an argument that they would also be unlicenced as good capitalist endeavours, and useful tools to keep the prol's subservient and in their place!

Isn't the Bill of Rights a wonderful thing.

All religions are treated equally and a state sponsored religion is prohibited.

The Ten Principles of a Free Society
by Ron Paul - From the the Appendix to his book, Liberty Defined

1. Rights belong to individuals, not groups; they derive from our nature and can neither be granted nor taken
away by government.

2. All peaceful, voluntary economic and social associations are permitted; consent is the basis of the social and economic order.

3. Justly acquired property is privately owned by individuals and voluntary groups, and this ownership cannot be arbitrarily voided by governments.

4. Government may not redistribute private wealth or grant special privileges to any individual or group.

5.Individuals are responsible for their own actions; government cannot and should not protect us from ourselves.

6. Government may not claim the monopoly over a people's money and governments must never engage in official counterfeiting, even in the name of macroeconomic stability.

7. Aggressive wars, even when called preventative, and even when they pertain only to trade relations, are forbidden.

8. Jury nullification, that is, the right of jurors to judge the law as well as the facts, is a right of the people and the courtroom norm.

9. All forms of involuntary servitude are prohibited, not only slavery but also conscription, forced association, and forced welfare distribution.

10. Government must obey the law that it expects other people to obey and thereby must never use force to mold behavior, manipulate social outcomes, manage the economy, or tell other countries how to behave.

This looks great to me.

I laugh at Republicans and Democrats for being so stupid and tied to their beliefs. All of you have hardons for pointing blame and cannot see the nose in front of your own face.

You act like the world would end with smaller government and less control. You think god is the answer to all and refuse to actually think about things logically. You are jealous of what others have and want to punish them for actually working hard and making a place in the world for themselves. Both parties are hypocrites and need to be knocked down a notch.

Its sick the way all of you act. You should be ashamed to call your selves americans and your children should be ashamed of your ignorance.

You both act like grade school kids stomping your feet and pointing your fingers and refusing to tell or even see the truth.

I am neither Democrat or Republican because I have values from both sides and I disagree with both sides on certian things, this is because I'm an AMERICAN and in america there should be a place for all. We are not all the same and will never have all the same values. Our diveristy is our strength and both parties try to weaken that. Republicans and Democrats are stagnent remains of ideas our fathers had. They are both responsible and will to be to blame when this country falls.

And you people sit here and point fingers when you have no power and will never change a thing.

The founding fathers were generally liberal/progressive. For the right wing tea party and neo cons to think they share the same views is absurd.

For further plans of the Republican Party see China crossed with some Middle Eastern country where religion dictates law.

Your'e right.. I can't stand the neocons either, but I also believe that if the liberal/progessive's of today believe they share the same views as the founders is absurd as well.
